Our initial Masjid was founded in 2005 although our activities of calling to the Qur’an and the authentic Sunnah upon the understanding of the Salaf as-Saleheen date back to the late 1990s.
Our first premises which prospered greatly consisted of two small rooms with outdoor ablution facilities for brothers and sisters. We were able to establish the five daily prays, Jumma’ and Qu’ran classes for children in the evenings.
In 2007 to meet our growing needs, we further converted a church into a Masjid where we have been establishing the 5 daily prayers, Jumma’, circles of knowledge and Qur’an classes for children.
By the Mercy of Allaah – many of our activities including Islamic seminars, Arabic Lessons have always been facilitated by students of knowledge who have graduated from the auspicious Islamic University of Medina.
